What K K doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
Overall a very disappointing experience at Dunkin/Baskin Robbins. It 's been awhile and was really looking forward to a BR cone! My chocolate chip ice cream tasted like nasty freezer stale. My single scoop was not even a scoop; it was a hollowed out 'half swirl ' of ice cream just loosely placed on the top of the cone. All I wanted was a sugar cone not a fancy sugar cone with sprinkles for a $1.29 up charge that had... View all feedback.
I write this review for the Baskin Robbins within the Dunkin Donuts. I recently contacted this place to order an ice cream cake for the conclusion of my brother from college. The woman I wrote to place the order was extremely accommodating and reacting. In addition, the cake was not only delicious, but it was beautifully decorated, far beyond my expectations. The woman wore the colors that I had requested for the formulation throughout the whole cake, from the flowers to the Icing to the cake. I would definitely recommend this Baskin Robbins!

This Dunkin Donuts shop beats all other locations. They added outdoor seating and the service here is awesome!!!
