I have been a daily customer on my way to work every single day for months now. Well today there was a misunderstanding and the ‘manager’ there was beyond rude and less than helpful. Does not take personal cups due to COVID reasons. I understand the need to maintain food safety but... come on, it's October 2023. I dumped the coffee straight into my thermos and tossed the paper cup. Such a needless waste of paper and plastic. Price per person: $1–10
