Horrible service!! 2 employees hanging out acting like they are doing something in the back. One newbie making sandwiches.. No help at all.. I wont go back !!
The restroom doors are locked, and they don’t accept bills over 20 dollars. I find this ridiculous, especially since my total was 40 dollars and they refused to take a fifty. It took an eternity to serve just two people, and others in line ended up leaving.
The sandwiches were quite good, although the woman who made them was a bit rude. My mom and I went there for lunch and ordered five sandwiches in total. Even though we paid separately, the lady insisted that we couldn't use two coupons.
The staff was unfriendly and quite rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Best Subway in Bernalillo. Service is slower than a dead turtle. Rarely is there more than one person working counter. Manager is there but she doesnt help customers.
