I get it that business has slowed due to the pandemic but it?s not hard to take a order and actually make it correct. The employees have a bad attitudes and not very helpful, very unprofessional. The food is made sloppy and very over salted. Oh yeah, be sure to check your food and drinks because if you tell them your order isn?t right, they?ll make it sloppy and not so tasty.

My parents stopped there on the evening of 9/13/2022. My mom ordered a footlong chili dog bit into something that looks feels like a tooth. The staff manager on duty did nothing. They treated my parents as if they werelying. The manager inspected the tooth then proceeded to drop it on the ground trying to get rid of the proof. They ignored myparents when they requested a refund. My dad picked up the tooth showed it to me. What happened to customer service?

3pm Friday afternoon and they only have the drive thru open?? Everything else is blocked off. The drive thru line was insanely long. Took my business elsewhere. This sonic needs better management for sure. Needs to be staffed to handle your busy times andthe amount of customers you're gonna have. Terrible.
