I attempted to place an order inside the restaurant, but the doors were... read more This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. I attempted to place an order inside the restaurant, but the doors were unlocked and the dining area was closed off. A young woman approached and, in a very unwelcoming manner, informed me that if I wanted to order food, I had to use the app or the drive-thru. I politely explained that I couldn't do that due to my truck and trailer. With noticeable disdain, she pointed me toward the app option. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience.

I've also experienced a surly server on more than one occasion. If they didn't sell KFC, I wouldn't go there.

I arrived 15 minutes after opening and no one was in the store. Lights were off, etc. Thereare cars parked outside but the employees are either not there or hiding inside. There is a churches about a half a mile up theroad that has friendly staff and better chicken.

A young woma... read more The absolute worst customer service I've had in well, ever. I was trying to order food in house, doors were unlocked and dining area was taped off. A young woman came to the front and advised me in the most un-cordial way that if I wanted to order any foodit would be app or drive thru. I politely advised her I would be unable to do so because of my truck and trailer. And with venomin her voice she said and pointed to the app version. I don't write reviews, but this is unacceptable behavior. I understandthat this is a fast food restaurant, and it is the service industry, but customer service is something that keeps your doorsopen. KFC please train your employees that respect goes a long way. And had the female employee been polite we would have usedyour app to order.
