I encountered a very rude girl named Kaila when I was placing my order. I waited around 25 minutes just to have my order taken, followed by another 30 minutes to receive my food. The poor treatment from the staff made the experience even worse. When I got home, I discovered they hadn’t given me the extra crispy chicken I ordered, leaving half of my family without a meal. As a local who once enjoyed getting quick meals here, I’m disappointed in how things have changed due to the staff's behavior. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

I realize that giving just one star might be a bit harsh, but since I didn't even get to taste the food, KFC is getting that rating. I pre-ordered and paid for chicken, but when I arrived 15 minutes after they opened, I found the store completely empty, with the lights off. There were cars parked outside, but it seemed like the employees were either absent or hiding inside. Just half a mile down the road, there's a Church's with friendly staff and better chicken.
This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. I attempted to place an order inside the restaurant, but the doors were unlocked and the dining area was closed off. A young woman approached and, in a very unwelcoming manner, informed me that if I wanted to order food, I had to use the app or the drive-thru. I politely explained that I couldn't do that due to my truck and trailer. With noticeable disdain, she pointed me toward the app option. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience.
Got the big box meal, every thing was so fresh and delicious except the classic chicken sandwich itself! Mac and cheese- good Fries-good Coleslaw- not bad Mountain Dew sweet lightning is almost sickeningly sweet but at least it was fresh! Do better, kfc
