We were greeted with a smile, and the atmosphere was very pleasant and clean. It did take a bit longer for the waitress to attend to us, especially since there were only about nine customers at the time. However, once we were welcomed, the service was excellent. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious! I will definitely be returning for many more visits. The owners of this place, Range Café and Standard Diner, really know what they’re doing.

Located in the Garden of the Railway,... read more This restaurant is fantastic! It boasts a wide variety of delicious dishes, ample space, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Located in the Garden of the Railway, it has a wonderful ambiance. The menu is extensive, featuring many chef-inspired creations in addition to hearty meat dishes. In winter, there's a large fireplace in the center, while in summer, a spacious outdoor terrace is available for diners. The service is exceptional, with meals often served in under ten minutes. They also have oversized board games and a long bar area for guests to enjoy. Conveniently situated just outside Bernalillo, NM, the restaurant is easily accessible and offers plenty of parking. Due to its size, I've never had to wait for a table. The menu includes delightful desserts and homemade ice cream as well. Overall, this is a great spot to meet friends, enjoy a romantic dinner, or simply relax.

We had to try the pretzel bites with cheese and they did not disappoint. I ordered the BCB burger with house-made chips, which was really good. You could definitely tell that the BBQ sauce was homemade, and the bacon was excellent! I wasn’t a big fan of the house-made chips; the BBQ flavor didn’t quite work for me, but tastes can vary. My spouse chose the three-meat combination, which included pork, turkey, and brisket. Each had a great smoky flavor, and the BBQ sauces were delicious as well. The turkey was the standout among the three. Unfortunately, the smoked baked potato lacked that smoky flavor. We will definitely be back—I need to try some of those amazing-sounding desserts!
