The pizza was also excellent, while my wife had sole and, according to her, was satisfied. The house white wine was decent and well-suited to the seafood. The service was informal but not intrusive. If you arrive early or, better yet, make a reservation, you can dine on the terrace. The price was more than fair. I can't rate the hotel as I only had dinner there, but I can say that the hotel guests who were there for dinner seemed satisfied.

T... read more The food is delicious, and I always take your preferences and wishes into account. The people are incredibly friendly, no matter your religion or nationality. There was a small incident: I FORGOT to pay for the pasta (because I wasn't very sober), but not only did I pay, no one yelled at me for being a bad person, but they were very understanding. They even gave me a ride because I had to walk 10 km. So, I recommend this place; if I'm lucky enough to be here again, I'll definitely come back.

We headed to ‘L’Oasi, ‘ which, from the outside appeared to be an unpretentious pizza place. It was the only venue open and, as our Italian is non existent we ordered our dinner by a combination of mime and illustration, It was wonderful – a seafood risotto was absolutely delicious and we mopped the last of the juices from the bowl, just as the Fritto Misto arrived! Again, every morsel was a delight and we left not a skerrick on the plate. It was teeming as we settled the bill – all €24 of it and I mimed ‘ umbrella’ with spectacular lack of success. Signor shook his head at me, picked up his keys and drove us the 200m back to our Hotel! It was an excellent meal with delightful service. Grazie.
