The Flow is pro... read more The Flow is a sit-down restaurant in the building, which is one of those work/shop concepts ... basically a mall food court leased office space. The Flow is probably the nicest place to eat among at least a dozen other options, which...mostly tend more toward fast food. The specialty here is sushi, although there were some rice dishes on the lunch menu when I went as well. I really liked the atmosphere, and the prices were reasonable for Bern. The sushi I had was absolutely fine as was the service, but neither was anything special. I would go back again, but it's not my No. choice in the area for a great sushi meal.

The location is fantastic and I like the ambiente. the tables have enough distance to each other and they really have enough space. the food was well presented... read more The location is fantastic and I like the ambiente. the tables have enough distance to each other and they really have enough space. the food was well presented and well, the portions are not huge. the personal should be more attentive. a drink order for 2 people should remember when they 2 later with the drinks to the table. ask about such a short time that ordered what, must not be. we also waited at 15 o'clock until we finally got to pay. there were almost no guests in the restaurant, but we simply were not for a long time (top table at the kitchen door)
