Considerably... read more We noticed this spot from our Hotel Schweizerhof across the street from the train station location and decided to give it a try for a quick lunch. Considerably less money than a hotel lunch with great service and a good flavored pizza.We had a seat and our efficient server exchanged our German menus for English before we had uttered a word. I guess we looked American. He even brought a nice small bread course to sample while we looked over the menu.The wife ordered a house Pinot Grigio and I went with their draft beer that was available. Both a good start. We ordered a Quattro Stagioni pizza to share. It was evenly divided onto two hot plates which was a nice touch. It had a very thin crust which had a little problem supporting the relative heavy toppings, but the flavors were well thought through.Total bill came in at 33.70 CHF. A very good value is this expensive Swiss town. Give it a try if you are in the area of the main train station in Bern.

Da mir die ehemalige Filiale (Pizza&Pasta) bestens bekannt war, dachte ich, ich gehe mit Freunden dort etwas essen.Ich war also enttäuscht! Es gab zahlreiche Mängel.1) Der Service war recht langsam und unhöflich.2) Das Essen wurde lieblos angerichtet.3) Die Qualität des Salates sowie der Pizza lassen zu wünschen übrig.4) Ausserdem hat man keine Privatsphäre. Das Restaurant ist ein reines Durchgangsrestaurant und recht laut.Schade, dass die alte Filiale nicht mehr existiert.Ich werde nicht mehr ins Côte Sud gehen.
