Small menu but what they do is well cooked and the staff are very friendly (happy to translate the menu if you ask).Lamb shank was very good in a rich red wine jus.The beef (kebab) was good and cooked just right to my liking (rare in the middle).Prices are little on the high side but it's a great location in the park. What Ruth Stöckli doesn't like about Kleine Schanze Park-Café:
The food was good, but some of the articles are definitely overpriced. They also pay CHF 5 for one litre of tap water. Well, technically not the water itself, as this is illegal, but for the service of the tap water even about everything you order. So friendly Tip take your own water! View all feedback.
The restaurant is located in the middle of the Klein Schanze Park and offers a great view, fresh air, a quiet location and fresh ingredients. The staff is polite and the patrons are very friendly. Ordnete a pasta and empenadas; for dessert two muffins.
Great location next to a park, overlooking the city centre. Outdoor terrace so great when the weather cooperates. If they don't have awnings to provide cover. The Penne Pasta I had was delicious and as good as a simple dish as this can be.
A quiet oasis in the park in the middle of the city. Service was friendly
My wife was sent away this afternoon despite the table being free. The waiter said we have enough guests. They don't need it
Charming café and restaurant situated in an enchanting park at the heart of the city. Serves delicious food and drinks boasts a great vibe, particularly during the summer season.
