I felt like I was being watched the whole time I was in the store, ev... read more 3rd shift really goes out of their way to make customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I felt like I was being watched the whole time I was in the store, even though I was just looking around. I had just gotten off work and was tired and kind of dirty, so maybe they thought I was another weirdo, but that doesn’t mean it’s ok to profile and stare and say things like “watch him and make sure he doesn’t steal anything” (yeah I heard you ROBERT). After being stared at while shopping, I get to the counter and the cashier, NICCO, can’t even speak except to say “what’s in the bag?”. What was in the bag was $20 worth of food I’d ordered through the app and had already payed for. But I guess he thought it was full of stolen merchandise. I reassured NICCO that I wasn’t stealing and his salty response was “No need to get so defensive!” Well, actually there is a need when you’re treating me like a thief. The last thing these 2 clowns said to me was that I was banned, but when I called the next day, the store manager said that’s not the case. Banned or not, I definitely won’t be back. I’ve called corporate about this as well, so hopefully some sort of disciplinary action is taken.
