Domino's Pizza - Bermuda Run

The lady cutting the pizzas kept stopping to look at the tickets and then two seconds later would look at it again then their supposed dominos tracker said all seven orders were ready none of them were waited for over 20+ minutes for our food nice people though

Chad at Domino’s in Advance, informed me several times over the course of 2 hours that my food was in fact, coming! It did not. Do not rely on this business to do anything other than hire high schoolers that want to get off the clock! Poor quality food, poor quality service.

This store is located in the shopping center beside Lowes Food and is easily accessible from both East and Westbound Interstate 40 and East and Westbound US 158 by using Northbound NC 801. I have never had a problem with an order being made wrong, the food not being ready on time, the food not tasting good and have always been greeted by cheerful, courteous, and friendly employees when I arrive to pick up my takeout orders.

Sometimes they nail it. Other times I've had to ask them to remake undercooked pizza and the remake once was still undercooked. Probably poor training for handling pizza with a lot of toppings. Staff have polite and patient service this year. Last year not so much

I'm not one to complain. I just paused $40 for cold pizza that was 2 hours late. I get things that are hard but came on got some cinnamon sticks and didn't get any frosting.
