Consigliato!!! View all feedback.
What Olaf Greenfelder doesn't like about Zum Nussbaum:
they are probably good, but note that this is a terrible place with a terrible waiter: I speak of the big, thin guy in his late 40s with tattoos. I wonder if he's hidden with someone or if he's just racist when he hears people talking Hebrew like I'm friends. in the round I entered the square, I said “Good evening” in German and then asked if they had a table for 2 in English. he looked at us and called “Do not under... Hidden in Nikolaikircheplatz, there are a number of restaurants and shops, and souvenirs, as well as handmade products. It is a very unraveled and very quiet place, next to one of the main roads of the city and all the urban hustle, surprises a small corner so quiet that the brewer discovered it almost by chance walking through the streets of the square and seeing the church outside, noticed on the terrace and people eating, so we decided to try to ask if there was room for 2 they told us yes, and after seeing them. We decided to order a typical dish of codillo with potatoes so cooked, sauerkraut and a salad, with a good Berlin beer. We are ideal to keep kicking the city after talking to the waiters, and making friends, they explained to us that it was the oldest beer in the city, with the 500-year-old girl. or they said. what is clear is that it is different from most of the breweries that are seen in the city and that they remember more to tourist attractions full of visitors and foreigners. less transited, perhaps less touristic, and of course, closer. the deal with the staff was 10 of course conclusion: if you want to pay a culinary homage before you get fired from the city, and you get the good local and quality food, this small house that hides between the bustle of the city is your place.
The food was good, but we got the same waiter as marie d, but I only read their evaluation later or we would have gone. very rude and I would be a little racist. we are an English family and have a very unpleasant service....it must be terrible to feel so painful at work every day.
We came to the nut tree because of his story. eating is nice. nothing special, but very satisfied with beautiful trips. we were there a nice day with the october. many available tables inside but full outside. faster and attentive service. we managed to get a table after our meal to enjoy a flake wein in the sun. the personal was understandable.

Excellent place to try German national dishes and various beers. the atmosphere was great and it was not very crowded either.
