We came here last night to eat after having some great meals here last year and walked out within 5 minutes owing to the very rude waitress (not German) with an... read more We came here last night to eat after having some great meals here last year and walked out within 5 minutes owing to the very rude waitress (not German) with an attitude problem. She clearly wasn't happy with us and rolled her eyes several times when we politey asked if there was an English menu and then asked to see the wine list. It was such a shame as the ladies serving the previous night were lovely when we just called in for a drink as they were also last year. We will probably not return now in future as do not want to encounter her again.

At 10:00 pm you can still order food, which is itself a value. Simple and good German food. Flamkuchen, grilled meat and soups are quite good. The food comes in very large portions, with great quality and good prices. They offer the menu, that has many different dishes, in different languages such as english, russian and spanish and the restaurant is very cozy. We ordered the Pasta Squares, a dish with large squares of vegetable filled pasta floating in a delicious mushroom cream/soup, and a Salmon with Pesto Pasta, that had a great amount of salmon and pasta. Really recommend this place for it’s food, it’s price and it’s large variety.

Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin.
