Bright, beautiful, spacious rooms in the back part of the hotel. much distance between the tables. new and high quality furniture. very comfortable chairs/small chairs. manageable map with exciting appetizers. with three pieces. Very good. brot could be fresher and crispy. we had as an appetizer lachstartar, grilled avocado with gerstensalat(? and grilled watermelone with burratta. all about mainstream, but totally delicious. then gnocchi, slightly sharper large part excellent. simmental ribeye 320 gr. very good. for my so-called dreamlike tender and taste intensively. clearly above the simmenthal meat. wein from Argentina (puro of dieter meier, fleshy fruity, intensely perfect to flee. 29 euro, moderate price. also the other drinks in the frame with the extraction of frudel water, which the apotheken price for 0, 75 l and 7,90 euro. service very kindly attentive. a completely successful evening!
Prime rib as always excellent. the bark fillet was again very good from the meat quality. but the even point of the filet has not worked for the repeated painting at all. medium ordered, well done. here the kitchen seems to have a real problem. otherwise many new servicemen, a constant team would have something for themselves. the brot came only after the appetizer. but as a master guest who enjoys the prime rib, you can always come back. even though it is not so often.
Everything's very good. Friendly service, nice appetizers, very good prime rib, also the fillet from Simmental Beef was very nice and this time cooked on the point. Very recommended.
Everything this evening was perfect. The price for a Steak 350 g with 49.00 Euro is somewhat too high. Quality is unique.
Wilson's (located in CrownePlaza) is not a typical hotel restaurant, it has far more to offer. In addition to very good steaks with the speciality of a very good prime rib that you get so often, it offers interesting and delicious fusion dishes such as the grilled watermelon with Burrata (very recommended) or also the Tuna Bowl. Great also the children's menu and the quality of the child's pigs. Meanwhile, the Wilsons's also bites charming and accommodating service, so a visit is highly recommended!
