Contribute Feedback What Adam Miller doesn't like about Vox:
We have been back in the Vox (Corona crisis! The shortened opening hours are unfavorable for us, as after evenings in the Philharmonic we still like to eat a little bit and drink a glass of wine. The bridge we chose was excellently pared and excellently cooked, the supplements very well, although we are not fans of the practiced modular principle. The prices for food and beverages are, however, still acceptable when... View all feedback.
It is difficult to find a decent restaurant in the neighbourhood of the potsdamer square, the cinemas and the philharmonie, which does not mean a tourist or a fast food chain. vox is decent, but far from cheap as it is located within a...5-star hotel. we go there for the really fresh and delicious sushi.
I have visit this place several times and it have been so good so it have been worth a visit to Berlin only to visit this bar. Apparently this is not the case anymore. I almost had to trow my coat to the stuff for...them to take care of it. There is no live music any more. The interial have been very classy but now it looks very cheap and the atmosphere is goone. I had to fire my cigar by myself.... big disappointment they close very early nowdays. The only good I can say is that they have good wiskey collection and stuff is friendly, good looking. Price level is very high and was with it back in the days but not any more.
Great food service- no complaints or faults. Had the fillet beef terraki mushrooms- unbelievable!! Booked at short notice very accommodating!!
We were staying at the Grand Hyatt, and it happed to be raining. So my husband and I were able to get a reservation here. It was a great meal! A lot of fun! We had some nice champagne and cocktails to start with. The...server recommended a fantastic bottle of wine that really complimented our meal. If you are in the mood for sushi and some great fish, I'd highly recommend eating here. Cheers!!
The evening meal in the vox was a really sad experience lately. after the end of several COVID locks that go to the vox restaurant was definitiw to do on our list. it turned out, however, that not only the menu and the quality of the offer has become worse, but also the service. we have clearly missed the inspiring composition before COVID times, and the poor service certainly did not rely on our bad experience.
