It was very busy, which is always a good sign, with a mixture of groups, couples, and solo diners. It was lively. We went for the summer rolls with Salmon. Amazingly fresh and light...and bursting with flavours you associate with Vietnam- coriander, mint, lemon, and sharp fish sauce. Washed down with a couple of Tiger beers (unfortunate they don't have Vietnamese beer as some of it is fantastic, like Biere Larue or Huda) Next up was a Lukewarm beef salad with rice. This was amazing. In fact I returned a few days later and had it again. It's got everything in there- rice, beef strips, mango, spring onion, lettuce, peanut, carrot- it's a substantial meal and you won't need any accompanying dishes. We topped it off with real Vietnamese coffee. If you never had it before you're in for a treat.Very strong coffee is dripped into a glass via a small perculator on top. It's then mixed with a small amount of condensed milk. It's powerful and sweet- alomost like a rich chocolate. All told for two beers, two mains, two starters and two coffees it came to €33. Great value, great service. Highly recommended. they only accept cash, so you'll need to get some out before you go in. There's an ATM at the corner of the street

They wer... read more Visited with my wife and teen daughter. This whole area in Berlin is full of cool places to eat and drink. Outside seating available but we sat inside. They were busy, but the food came quickly and the staff were super friendly. Food ands drinks...were really good value and top quality. Tipping is at your discretion. Drinks selection is a little limited, but beer, wine, and soft drinks are all available. Lovely dining room and clean facilities made this a really nice dining experience. There is a Vietnamese restaurant next door, which can confuse the visitor. However, this establishment comes highly recommended.
