There were a lot of people so it was difficult to get a table but after a few minutes we got a table. It was a bit expensive but it was worth it as the dining experience was fantastic!

I visited on Friday morning, and even though I intended to leave a tip, the employee didn’t even greet me as I was leaving. She didn’t even look at me. That’s unacceptable, isn’t it? Very rude and disrespectful. I often go to Umami, and among its branches, the X-Berg location has always been my favorite. This time, however, the pho was disappointing. The meat used to be much more plentiful, and the portion size was larger. I can understand price increases, but how do you explain that the quality has actually decreased? To illustrate: the first photo shows my most recent visit, the second photo shows my first visit. And this was even a lunch menu. Both photos were taken immediately upon receiving the dishes.
