Has been open for six weeks. visited on a tuesday night. we ordered the tonktotsu ramen, shio ramen, gyoza and edadame. all the ingredients were nice and fresh. tonkonstu ramen broth could have been a bit richer imo but will still very tasty. they brew the stock for a mimum of 6 hours and the noodles are handmade. cost 8 euros for a ramen. excellent value. definetley worth a visit,
