Vi kom en dag med meget få kunder, der var vel 10 mennesker. Maden var ok uden at være noget særligt, det samme var servicen. Da vi skulle betale og viste at vi have "Welcome card" og havde ret til 25% rabat, fik vi at vide at vi skulle have 2 røde bøger. Vi havde billetter med rigtige stempler, men vi kun de 25 % på den ene ret. Vi følte os snydt, så valgte ikke at give drikke penge. Vi ville ikke spise der igen. View all feedback.

They need to seriously learn how to make a real margarita and need to tone down the lime in the guac. Other then that, it was very good!

I've booked it a week in advance after reading about it in wallpaper. They confirmed but then couldn't find my reservation.Entering the restaurant and getting a long face for a welcome. The rest was very consistent in terms of the way the guests were treated. No, I'm not talking about warmth or smiles, but just the feel you're not welcomed. The food - Tacos for two was tasty and came fast, but the service spoiled it for us.
We have been in the restaurant on Monday June 20 at approx. 8:15pm. We were the only guests. Per welcome card guide the restaurant offers 25% off for all main dishes of the menu and seasonal menu for welcome card owners. We tried to order a main meal for two persons (charged per person). This was rejected by the waitress as not covered by the welcome card, even if this was not indicated by the guide. As we tried to order other main dishes 25% for both meals were also rejected by the waitress as we had both welcome cards but only one guide with us. The guide provide only information on the discount and is not personalized and has no coupons which can be removed. We asked why two guides are necessary and the answer was that if they give something away for free its according to their rules and that this was by order of the restaurant manager. We then left the restaurant without ordering something. We felt really very unwelcome. We also would like to highlight that we have used the welcome card in several other restaurants and tourist attractions and for none of these there was any problem (only welcome card was sufficient). The restaurant manager should remove his restaurant from the guide as it seems he is not willing to serve welcome card guests.
