Found this little place on a walking tour and after the tour ended, not far from the "New Temple" and went back to have lunch. What a great place. The food tastes as good as it looks. The vegetables in the grilled vegetable salad were grilled when the salad was ordered. Can't get any fresher than that. I asked if they could put feta in the salad and they did so without extra charge. The chicken salad was just as good. The quiche looked appealing and the soup served to another patron, looked and smelled delicious. Fresh, friendly, and the cost made it even more of a bargain. Two of us ate for less that the cost of one entrée at other restaurants. The bill was only 15 euros, and that included two cokes. What a great find!
Absolutely delicious soups as well as fresh bread in a family restaurant atmosphere. For that price you really can’t do much better than that.
Went here for lunch since it's close to work. The pelmeni was super tasty (and we saw a neighbour table get Blini, which also looked very good). The price was great. Definitely a hidden gem. Only complaint is that it was a bit warm in...the restaurant (but we were here on a day that was degrees, so I think every restaurant in Berlin had the same problem).
Very good soups! Blinni and other dishes. Good price. Great service! Very pleasant host. Central location
We accidently run into this small, local restaurant during lunchtime. Since temperatures were around Celsius, soup was very appealing. Prices are fair euro per dish). You can eat at the premises or take away. We had a choice of different kind of...soups, and other dishes like Tuna salad, risotto and more were available. Landlord hardly spoke English, but we managed to order and eat these delicious soups.
