The employee who prepared my sandwich wiped the excess sauce off with his finger and spread it on the bread. The falafel was mashed with bare fingers, not formed with a spoon or glove. This seemed anything but hygienic. If that doesn't bother you or you don't pay close attention during preparation, you might not notice – but it completely ruined my appetite. I definitely won't be coming back.
