Both my husband and I noticed a progressive decline... read more Unfortunately, I have to submit a new review for the restaurant, which is quite different from my treasure. Both my husband and I noticed a progressive decline in the quality of the service longer waiting times and the food. Last time we visited, we had to wait at least 30 minutes, and when our food arrived, it was hardly warm. I ordered Paneer Jalfrezi, and the cheese came in very large pieces therefore hardly a chance to absorb any spices, and all the main components of the plate cheese and vegetables did not really mix with each other. This is just an example of the difference. The restaurant is increasingly engaged in its defense, with perhaps much higher pressure on the kitchen staff and what? Overall, I only give an average increase in this time and sincerely hope that quality will improve to the previous standard level. At which point I will be more than happy to update the editing, as I still like the place and wish them success with their future.

I visited a...few places but never was completely happy with the experience. Until I discovered this place: we went there a few times and never were disappointed: the service was friendly and respectful, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming. We liked it so much that even chisen as a dinner venue for our wedding anniversary for just the two of us: And will definitely go there again . I wish this restaurant every success in the future.

We ordered four different drinks, several dishes and just wanted to have some water after the food to clean our mouth/teeth. The Berlin tabbed water is excellent so this...decision feels greedy. Living in Berlin Wedding for years and being aware of the usually low quality of restaurants here I was extremely surprised of my experiences at papadam. I have been here three times so far and the food was always excellent. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The lamb I ordered was very soft and not comparable to the usual rubber chunks you get at Indian restaurants in Berlin. Another distinctive feature is the mustard dressing they have for the salads. Usually eating salads at indian places sucks, but not at papadam. It is also great that we were allowed to come with our dog which in our district often is an issue. While to related to Indian cuisine another thing that surprised me to see, that they are skilled in Latte art, so when ordering a Cappuccino, expect to get served a great looking Flat White style cup of coffee.
