I don't know how it is now, but I ordered a range of vegetarian dishes an... read more I'm upgrading my rating of Nil Imbiss. Last time I went, I found the lamb a bit tough. I don't know how it is now, but I ordered a range of vegetarian dishes and found the food to be really great across the board. I had the Vegan Platter, which included falafel, baba ganoush, kidney beans, salad, and fried cassava with that wonderful peanut sauce. Super, super tasty, and unbelievably cheap. A huge platter that made me very full only cost 4.50 Euro. They do fry things like the falafel or the lentil fritters, but it doesn't taste greasy or feel heavy in your stomach. Also, I think that on the whole, this is pretty healthy food. I wish they would improve on the bread that they serve. It is a non-descript ghostly white piece of pita bread. I'd be pretty much in heaven if they switched their supplier to a place like Tandur Lasan [hidden link] .

So this place is very humble yet feels oriental i'd start by saying that if the guy who prepared my food wasn't so apathic they would get five stars. I took the Chicken im brot without Aswad [home made eggplant paste, I don't eat eggplants but you should give it a try] and no matter what do NOT give up on the peanut sauce, this is what makes all the difference!!!!! so yummy the pita bread they make falls apart easily so prepare napkins in advance. The chicken was really juicy and tasty. and there were also some vegan options that sounded very appealing and I might give them a try in the future If you pass by and feel like something quick on your way I totally recommend.
