However, our entire experien... read more Me and nine of my friends recently tried a restaurant. The taste of the food was really okay some dishes were actually quite tasty. However, our entire experience was unfortunately greatly marred by the poor service. We had to wait an hour and thirty minutes sometimes even up to two hours for our food. If we hadn't decided to request takeout for part of the order, we probably would have waited even longer. When we got up to politely ask why it was taking so long, the employees avoided our questions and didn't give us a clear answer. It was only after three inquiries that our request was even noticed that was really frustrating. There were also problems with the drinks: one glass was far too sweet, another was completely tasteless. In addition, three drinks we ordered were missing, which we had to mention several times until they finally came. When we paid we were charged two drinks too much if we hadn't done the math ourselves we wouldn't have noticed. On a positive note, I would like to point out that a friendly employee came to us at the end, apologized and tried to explain the long waiting time. We really appreciate that. My suggestion: If the kitchen takes more than 30 40 minutes to serve the food, this should be communicated to the guest when ordering. The reasoning that the restaurant was full and we were a large group didn't convince us we got there early and were still served last, even though we didn't order too many dishes. Overall, this visit was a big disappointment for us. We were looking forward to a nice evening, but were very disappointed by the poor service, lack of communication and the long waiting time. I was really upset and frustrated you don't want that kind of experience in any restaurant.
