Most of the food was not self-prepared. Bag soup from asparagus instead of fresh pumpkin cream soup, creamed spinach from frozen food instead of leaf spinach, dumplings and red cabbage not made by yourself. Meat was fine. It's a shame that Neumann's is no longer what I used to visit a lot and with pleasure
The food was great and The servers were very patient with my broken German
