As pointed out; lovely place, both interior wise and view wise, food is also good, but the service is not corresponding to what this place want to be. Was totally ignored during my whole meal, no one checked in on me, and my efforts to get attention from the staff were to no avail. Pointing out this after, having to explain myself to 3 different people, they were apologetic to the extent that it was embarrassing. What’s more, they do breakfast for the 25hrs bikini. They charge 29€. It’s a good hotel, but it’s not luxury. Come on.

She recommended the Balagan Menu for our group, which was the perfect choice, and she also selected an excellent wine pairing that complemented the food beautifully Bogdana was professional, attentive, and constantly smiling throughout the evening. Her warm attitude and exceptional service exceeded all of our expectations I highly recommend NENI for business meetings and large groups. The atmosphere, food, and service were all absolutely top-notch

However, it's very expensive and the service is somewhat disorganized. I would gladly return for a drink or for a special occasion, if only for the magnificent view.
