I like to cook very much and also offer some star restaurants for my taste only medium (not misunderstood, even simple restaurants can have a large kitchen). Back to Nauta. It is still in the start phase and the selection is very clear. So my choice quickly fell to the Lachs-Sashimi as an appetizer and the Pulpo as a main dish. What can I say? It was just brilliant. The sections are as large as a combination. Optically arranged. And the taste? You couldn't have done better. For example, the canto was perfectly roasted and even the arm tip was cooked to the point. Respect! We are now waiting for the addition of the menu selection.
