some friends and I tried this place on a weekday for lunch. we had lust on glass noodles and suppe, and both are here definitiw. we sat down and talked all of us, so the slow service didn't really bother us. . . but it was pretty slow, especially since we were the only customers. we three had glazed and the Pho soup. everyone was good, but not great. Mr. long has the best pho in prenzlauer mountain. the pho and the fresh spring rolls are delicious - I cannot recommend them enough. the prices are also quite reasonable.
Both eating and service were great. we both had a dish with a duck that was crispy outside and perfect inside
In this quiet and nice opposite we took on the terrace square. the service was fast and very friendly (restaurant should be mrs. long hot ;-) we ordered early rolls and crispy dishes. everything was very well prepared and served. duck was moist inside and tender and very crispy outside. homemade limonade was fabulous. very good value for money. highly recommended.
This place was suggested by a friend who lives near us. we were there twice and both had excellent meals. very delicious, discreet aromas at a very good price. the waiter did not speak fluent English, but did everything to care for us. at the second time we ordered a bottle of water, but he suggested saving the 5.5 euro and instead offered us free water, which was very thoughtful and shows the hospitality in this family-run restaurant. By the way, they were the best meal we had in berlin!
