In a city of so many restaurants...and dare I say it...so many mediocre restaurants, this jewel stands out. Fiercely Italian, fiercely original...good service and a good wine selection....how can this not leave a warm glow on your evening? Love, cherish and nurture this restaurant, it...deserves it

We went here for a birthday dinner with family and absolutely loved it! Our waiter were very charming and dedicated, he happily told us more about the courses and you could really tell that he had a passion for the food. The food were amazing,...quite simple and easy dishes with high focus on the tastes. I had a really creamy bean dip which was to die for, full of lovely tastes! The only concern was that there were no vegan labeled dishes on the menu but there were no problem getting nice vegan dishes on request. Will definitely go back here when in Berlin

Friends brought me here even though one of my favorites is nearby Osteria No. Now I have another great Italian restaurant in Kreuzberg to go to. Only had the Bruschetta for antipasto and secondi platti, the codfish in the fava bean puree. Both were...great. Bruschetta had three toasts, one with small red tomatoes, one with sardines, and one with this white cream over some red ground peppers. All three were amazing including the one with sardines! For the secondi, it was a big piece of cod and it was cooked all the way through. One of my friends got a pasta dish though that was uneven. The plate was cold, some of the pasta looked more browned than others and it was clear that this wasn't fresh and had been put back in the oven. My friend had the waiter return who looked at the plate and seemed aghast and asked my friend what else he would like. Just like that. No grilling of the customer, just a quick eye assessment of the dish and a quick decision like that. That was good and kept this from being a bad experience
