It is very unfortunate that I have to give such a low rating, but I do not tolerate rudeness, and this was the rudest, most ridiculous staff member I have ever encountered at a bar.First off, this was the first I had even heard of this place, and having lived in Berlin for over two years, I was shocked, but also excited. I love the movie, so a bar themed after it - amazing!Went with a large group of people and we were buying round after round, laughing, having fun, being merry. I will say, the more the night went on, the louder we got. I will admit there were times when I myself thought we were being too loud, but hey, it's a bar and we were having a good time!Towards the end of the evening, or rather when we were getting ready to move on to a club, the very surly waiter....or whatever he was doing, came over to our table and told us (in German, I assume he thought we could all only speak English) that we need to shut up because we are getting on his nerves.Right. Instant mood killer. We couldn't believe it. Up until then we were being served by a lovely lady, but then he came along, with his surly face and gives us **** for being loud. It's a bar, not a church. If we were being too loud, all it would take would be to tell us we are being too loud, and ask us to be quiet. I get it, I have been in that position working in bars, but you don't talk to your paying customers like that!We all quickly finished our drinks and went to pay. Before that we were all willing to put down a big tip, but for that nobody dropped a cent. We also let the kind lady behind the bar know exactly why we were not tipping, but she didn't seem to care at all, just shrugged it off, so it seems that rude man is just like that all the time.Incredibly disappointed, I was looking forward to making this my regular bar, but after that I will avoid it like the plague. Being rude to your PAYING customers is never a good idea.The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one, is because the bar itself if lovely. It's a real shame...
