We recently moved to this area, and we can already say: this will be our regular haunt, since we live less than a 10-minute walk away! The owner and staff have a wonderful Berlin attitude : The atmosphere is lovely, and the food was delicious and a really generous portion. We felt completely at ease, and the chemistry was perfect from the start. Even though we didn't know each other, we shared several laughs. In short: you'll definitely see us again (I know, even that! . We highly recommend it!!

Overall, the foo... read more We were there on a Sunday afternoon and had almost unlimited seating. Service was prompt. Drinks and food were served within a reasonable time. Overall, the food was impressive. The quality was good, and the portions were generous. The rump steak was cooked medium-rare as requested, and the fries were very good. The apple sauce with the pancakes was well chosen, and the pancakes themselves were slightly crispy. The Camembert also had a nice crust. Suggestion for improvement: The rump steak was a bit too peppery. A little less pepper would have made it a bit more rounded. The service was very friendly, but could be misunderstood by non-Berliners. Card payments were accepted without any problems. Overall, recommended.
