Contribute FeedbackThe place doesn’t look posh or anything, it looks good enough for us to get in there. The french style of the food and wine is impeccable and the good and positive mood of the monsieur behind the bar makes the rest. I felt quite...like at home. Food was very good. Service: as I said impeccable. Price: Normal I guess
A fantastic french bistro in Berlin, blackboard written menu and cosy setting. Came here with some friends on a Friday night, great vibe. Delicious food, the beef tartar is super and the mix platter to start was comprised of quality french meats and cheeses. Wine...selection is fantastic and the owner, Sebastian (Sommelier too) is more than happy to help you pick out something. Friendly staff and good location. I can't fault it!
I recently read about this place and since it looked nice I took a bunch of friends and we went there for dinner. Wine lovers really enjoyed their poison and the whole experience was nice. Cosy place, friendly staff and good food. I had the...rumpsteak, it was absolutely delicious and so was the moeulleux au chocolat (lava cake), salads and quiches and cassoulet and duck were also quite good according to the other guests (even if the Quiche Lorraine is not authentic, they put cheese in it, but there is no cheese in the real original traditionnal one). Prices are ok, all in all a fantastic evening, we shall come back
This bar/restaurant used to be hidden on a side street around the corner. We discovered it last year and were so disappointed when we returned. The place was deserted. And then by chance we found them again around the corner! They have super service;...the French waiter is very friendly and well-informed (but also the others). The menu is limited, which makes it that much higher quality. Great meal but also a good place for a glass of wine. The rumpsteak was very tender, the quiches are also excellent. Get there early or reserve a table. It gets full very fast.
Just around the corner from where we live, it would have been nice. The place looks very inviting, very frensh. Unfortunately..... The food was mixed, one dish good , but not served as ordered, the other as bad as can be. The service pretentious, snobbish, unfriendly,...putting on a thick accent. And some people fall for it, and find it all so chique . After l refused to order a unnecessary expensive bottle of wine and chose a decent cheaper one, I was totally ignored. Should we give this arrogant mob a second chance? PS , I have also the French nationality, so no prejudice!
