Since we are fond of kushikatsu -- deep fried meat on skewers, we looked forward to this meal. We opted to eat a la carte because we didn't want to eat just fried foods and so chose the kind of skewers we wanted. This turned out to be expensive. Unfortunately, the bits were small and sometimes we couldn't tell what was inside the coating. Pork on skewers is usually at least 3 good-sized bites, but here it was only one. And the offerings were quite greasy and with rather odd dipping sauces. The sake was extraordinarily expensive and we didn't like it. So why rank this restaurant even average? Because the rice was good and we got an amazing platter of excellent pickles. Also, the ambiance was very Japanese. But we wouldn't go again.

The area it's located actually looks like Yuurakucho too. London should have one like this.
