I ordered food and it arrived within 10 15 minutes, but that 's where the good things ended. The chicken was not hot, and to my horror, I found feathers in my food. I was shocked and disgusted. When I spoke to the staff member at the counter, he was extremely rude and dismissive, claiming he wasn 't responsible as he doesn 't work in the kitchen. He called his manager, who was even more aggressive and defensive, telling us that finding feathers in food is 'common ' and we should expect it. Let me tell you, it 's not common or acceptable to find feathers in your food, and their attitude was appalling. I 'm extremely concerned about the food quality and safety at KFC Gesundbrunnen. If the staff don 't care about serving clean and safe food, I 'm afraid to visit again. The experience has put me off KFC for good. 1/5 stars would not recommend
