We went to Ma Baker party. Very nice outdoor area. The dancefloor is filled early, which means at p.m. Ma Baker Party is always worth a visit, when you are in Berlin. The dress code is casual and relaxed.
We went to a party on sat. night Very good music (the sound is great) people from all ages, you will not feel too young or too old The club is very nice, is has a yard for ones that feel they want...to have a break from dancing or just to mingle with other people. There are two bars that serve a verity of drinks in normal prices. They charge an entrance fee which is not too expensive. Recommended
The Kalkscheune is a really nice event location for upscale and upper upscale events. The setup is traditional, but modern and stylish and there are various rooms/themes where to get a real event rolling. I like the most that it seems you can feel the...story of that place, which makes it special and joyful.
If you're looking for a classic European dance with the top hits and some Roxette, this is the place to go. Great vibe after hrs, closes at all ages. Has a wardrobe service and clean restrooms. We had the best time just...dancing the night away.
We (our stag party off aging brits) searched high and low for an area of bars where we could have drink chill and move on, but Berlin seems so spread out... This area was the closest we came to finding it, there are a...few bars along this area, good bars chilled out, but not exactly buzzing or full of people. A lot of the bars there seem to be more restaurant/bars which is just a bit different until we found this club . we thought one last try for some liveliness before we head off and this one was great, wish we had found it sooner!!! Unfortunately we didn't find it until until about on Sunday morning the day we flew home.. but this is a good place for a group to end up.. Quite grungy but with several bars and dancefloors.. We hit the Disco (of course) and that kept us rocking till (well some of us anyway)... If you're over on a stag do this is the one for you... loads of people too, all having a good time... A little bit of attitude on the door when we came in, bu tin reality this was just a bit of banter and a mix up.. all ended in smiles. There must be loads of other bars that we were unable to find, but we went in plenty... Belushis was a hit (somewhere used to frequent in London) and Deutch Style Hofbrau Munchen Berlin http http

It's been a while since I last went clubbing and this place is pretty cool. Seems to be quite big with a courtyard area. Great for summers I guess, but...
We were looking for a club that wasn 't playing house/techno and stumbled upon Kalkscheune while looking for Ma Baker on the same street. Since we could hear the pulsing beat of pop, we decided to suck up the 11€ Saturday night cover and found ourselves... in a club where we were the youngest people by at least 15 years. Awkward! Since we 'd payed the steep cover, we decided to stick around, and I 'm glad we did. The club has a coat check (1.50€ , several bars (6€ for well drinks, 3.50€ for Rioja , and four dance floors. The main floor was playing party mix that spanned top 40 to older dance hits. The electronic room in the basement had a good beat but was horribly uncomfortable to dance in given the recessed floor is surrounded by awkward people staring down; we only stayed two minutes. The rock room was fun but humid, but the cosmopolitan room was the real gem. Hidden near the entrance off the main floor, this room played an awesome, strange mix of world music, including Indian, Spanish, and Slavic while we were there. Very fun, and not something that 's easy to find in the US. The over-40 crowd diluted after midnight as well, so we ended up having a great time despite the rough start.
