The kumpir is huge and there are many different toppings that you can add like bulgur, red beans, corn, jalapeños etc. The avocado sauce, hummus and the spicy sauce are vegan. The vegan kumpir is not explicitly written on the menu but you can ask for a vegan one and they will prepare it without any butter or cheese for you and also tell you which toppings/sauces are vegan and which are not. The staff is suuuper friendly and helpful. Don't forget to bring cash because this place doesn't accept cards!
