The only drawback: waiting guests are in the middle of the restaurant, the door is permanently open in winter, very cold for seated guests
I highly recommend the Adana kebab, especially with the spicy ezme on the side. The şalgam was also excellent—authentic and just as good as in Turkey. Overall, a very satisfying experience and definitely recommended.
Oh boy oh boy oh boy We wanted to try the sultan just to see what this place is about. First the starters, only things to say good was the pita and the small pizza. Rest of the filling felt like they came from storebought jars, though food came out fast if nothing else. Okay, got through like half of starters because that amount was already full meal for two people, then main course. Flavours of the main course were grease and salt. Like where was the spice? This was main dissapointment. Sure there was plenty of food, but when it all tastes the same it is kinda pointless. Dessert then, well it was just icecream and room temperature baklava, it was ok, but nothing to really write home about. You know just basic vanilla icecream. All in all whole meal felt lazy, unimaginative, flavourless and wayy too big and expensive for what it is. It felt like no trouble was made so that the meal would be enjoyable in taste rather than size. Just wasteful to put so much food to justify price point. In no way duitable for just 2 people, bring 4 if my review did not turn you away. The staff starting fight with each other did not help feeling good of the food.
