Hard Rock Cafe - Berlin

Basically we ate well. What we really couldn't understand why we had to talk in English. This was very disturbing!

The reservation has worked as desired, but the floor was dirty, the food lukewarm and price performance were in no proportion. Burgers without sauces, there were finished Heinz Ketchup and Mayo. The coffee we ordered never reached us and we waited 25 minutes after dinner until we could pay. Only English-speaking staff.

The food was good. The ambience has come into the years. Was already in better Hard Rock cafes.

I've been to this restaurant several times. However, have the impression that quality has decreased in the last five years. This is especially unsightly because the price has risen sharply. You can see a bit that the restaurant is designed for tourists and is not dependent on regular visitors. 

Everything was very delicious. The service was very courteous and friendly despite full loading. Meat was a bit too good through instead of medium but still delicious.
