Die im Vorfeld geäußerten Zweifel aufgrund des Ausscheidens von Herrn Swanson hatten in keiner Weise Berechtigung; wir haben einen wunderbaren kulinarischen Abend erlebt und kommen im November nach erfolgtem Menüwechsel wieder. Das Aromenfeuerwerk, die balancierte Raffinesse der Speisen und die reibungslose, wie zeitlich stimmende Choreografie im Ablauf boten keinen Anlass zu Beanstandungen. Chapeau!
