During our stay in Berlin we tried to eat in some genuinely German-looking/tasting places, and FM was hands down the best experience. It was a bit far from our hunting territory (Mitte :D , Tegel) but the journey totally worth it! Hirschrücken (mit Birne, Walnuss+Kartoffelnpüree und Pfefferling) and Lamm mit Ratatouille und Cous-cous were toothsome, steak-like! Excellent service as well makes it: 10/10 View all feedback.
Fine dining with top notch service. The food was amazing and fairly reasonable prices. We sat outside and were able to enjoy our meal without a lot of street noise.
We were recommended this place via a local and we weren't disappointed, the food was amazing as was the atmosphere. we both enjoyed the food so much the staff were so attentive. I would recommend this restaurant
We had a lovely dinner at this extraordinary, PB neighborhood restaurant. It is obvious that the restaurant has a local following and for all the right reasons: great food and friendly service. I had the Vichyssoise with shrimps, followed by the Seeteufel. My wife had the Burratini and Linguine Garnelen. ALL DELICIOUS! We enjoyed the playful banter (I speak German) with the host/waiter who has a similar voice/accent to the German actor Gustaf Gruendgens. Probably one of the best small, neighborhood restaurants in Berlin. Highly recommended! Enjoy!

The range of dishes at the restaurant was excellent with flavours and combinations that were a real pleasure. The menu changes so check it out on line but I had beetroot and raspberry soup with soused herrings, pork on a pea mash and we had the chance to sample a chocolate and burnt sesame seed ice cream which was out of this world. There are dishes for adventurous palettes and others which are more traditional. Service was excellent with friendly, knowledgable staff who were able to reveal the secrets of the dishes! The ambience of the restaurant was delightful. When we go back to Berlin this will be an absolute must.
