Clara Vere - Berlin

Super-friendly reception, cordially facing, always for the gast there. enjoyed a wonderful kalbscarpaccio, with an honest green veltliner and to the dessert a panna cotta with corresponding pinot noir as a crowning conclusion!

The itb, the world's largest tourism fair, attracts people from all over the world. in the measurable week practically every restaurant in berlin is asked. I had invited some of my partners and friends to dinner, who were randomly stayed at the hotel right in front of the restaurant clara vere. because my friends did not want to go too far due to the icey temperatures, I thought we should just go to the restaurant that had a name with flair. it did not hurt us wisely. the personal greeted us very friendly and brought us to a place in no time. the restaurant was small but well visited. the menu had no very large selection of dressed, but sounded good. we four ordered various dishes it took a long time until we got our food, which waited was rewarded as eating was excellent. I would visit this restaurant at one of my next visits to berlin anytime. the prices I found were reasonable, but perhaps they were not for a berliner. very recommended, thank you and cordial greetings randolph

Intimer place with few seats and candles on the tables. not much choice on the menu (even in English,) the service is good and the owner is nice and accommodating. we ate an excellent calfswienerschnitzel, accompanied by an salat babyspinate and salt potatoes. a delicious panna cotta, garnished with mangosauce. the price is a little above average, but believe me, it's good money.

I still don't know why I've passed here for years. in future this will no longer happen! why? because the clara vere is convincing white: with an Austrian kitchen, clear menu, balanced wine card, unobtrusive service and a special interior note. the Scottish salmon to the appetizer is absolutely recommended, also for the eye deliciously prepared with granat apple seeds. who wants Austrian cuisine does not come past the wiener schnitzel. I don't! it was thin with delicious panade and obligatory potato salad. the latter deliciously made with a clear but retaining lower note. a pleasing green Veltliner. All the dishes and the wine were excellent. lachs and table-spitz-Brühe-super! as the main course the beautiful Schnitzel lake very good. then dessert: Kaiserschmarrn-sensationell, absolutely try! the wee, first tried-then seviert, great!The wee was very attentive, hospitable, what do you want more?
