Really awesome Chinese restaurant. Supposedly the oldest in Berlin. Have been here multiple times. Always good.

Walk just a few blocks off the super fancy Fifth Avenue of Berlin (Kurfurstendamm) and you'll find a street of great cheap Asian restaurants. According to my daughter who works around there, Lon Men is the best of the best. Warm tasty rich won ton soup, bao buns with crispy duck, noodles and all the yummy street food of Taiwan warms Berliner's hearts and stomachs.

Dinner at a cozy neighbourhood chinese restaurant, nicely decorated They have some specialities from the szechuan cuisine. If you do not like spicy, ask before ordering, since some of the dishes are very spicy ! We started with meatballs soup, dim sum mix, taiwan bread and spring roll all were very tasty. For the main course we had a beef in szechuan style, which was spicy but still very good and pork in sweet sauce to moderate the spiciness. all was delicious Prices are reasonable, warm and prompt service. Recommended !

We stumbled on a review of this place and decided to find it for ourselves. We were in Berlin for 6 days and we came back to visit 3 times, it's fast, delicious, fresh and very good value for money. IF there is a queue outside don't be put off, get in the queue and have a look at the menu, it will move fast as a lot of people get takeaway.
