Those ribs are GREAT. Sure, they are a little bit pricey,, I think it was 17€ for 500g, but don 't ever think It 's too pricey : they taste SO GOOD! Fries were good too, not special but still above average. Didn 't try the mil&mais appetizer they gave me because I really dislike mais, but it smelt good. Oh, and...the beer. Their beer. Jesus. Exquisite eating cooked by passionate people! They can feel their hard work and dedication in their teller. the ribs were well balanced between softer and some crust. they gave me their pastrami and smoked brisket, both of which were heavenly. perfectly seasoned and cured, perfect texture and simply enough sweet fat. I had my dinner right in front of the cooking room and had a big talk with the cooks and they made my evening much better. a special trip there (3 stars of michelin)
It was so much to do Friday night, but when we called, they just said they didn't come back, and they did. it didn't take long and we were 2 people. the order was missed at the beginning, but then finally the meat came. we tried the sausage, ripen and brisket. all incredibly good! we had a side of the koleslaw, which was also fantastic. the food came quickly. the service was sometimes missing a bit, probably due to the amount it was. but overall I will definitely come back for this delicious meat!
Best. as authentic and similar as amazing bbq we have previously eaten in austin and dallas, tx. we ate the pulled pork brothers, the brisket sandwich and the philly cheesesteak sandwich and drank the Pandan-mule and peach-pound. the NY style cheesecake back to home for dessert.
One of the best meat places in berlin. I recommend sharing many mini-plates so they try most of the elements. service is super fast and friendly, and the ambiente is really cool. They are large. Be careful to try the sides (cheese based.)
I’ve never fought over a plate of ribs in my life…until now. The food was fantastic, but truly, I would recommend the ribs above all! I appreciated the cute tankards the drinks came out in.
