Unfortunately it was Friday, so the restaurant was almost empty. But the owner took care of us and put what might have been an unpleasant night into a very pleasant experience. We never saw the menu, but we said we wanted fish and he arranged something with his cook. The owner came regularly to make sure we didn't want anything and chat, he was very friendly. The food was very good and quite expensive. The highlight for us was the Lachs-Teriyaki sauce, which was excellent (very well cooked and very tasty), as well as a large Grauburgunder wine. Antipasti and Dessert were good, especially the Aubergine with straciatella. I was a little concerned that we had not seen or discussed any prices at all, but the bill felt fair. We have forgotten to ask about the discount in booking with TheFork, too bad. Very nice evening!
