In an old kilo hall, biolüske has set up its small fast restaurant, the bio supermarket and a professional cooking studio on the rise. the cooking evenings ther... read more In an old kilo hall, biolüske has set up its small fast restaurant, the bio supermarket and a professional cooking studio on the rise. the cooking evenings there are very educational and entertaining. at my visit there was a four-course star menu after champagne, where all the guests participated. two hours were stirred, pinned and fried and then white wine or red wine were drunk, after which guests were allowed to eat. two chefs and two employees in the background stood to the guests. a very varied evening and with about 90 euros worth its price.
