The plov is anything but not a plov. 10 euros for a bowl with a bit of plov in it, otherwise salad. I specifically said I wanted a lot of plov but that's not the case. Also far too little garlic and spices in the plov. This can still be improved. I think it's good for hungry fast eaters, but for people who are familiar with Uzbekistani food it's a bit of a flop
