Beef Grill Club - Berlin

We were in the evening with my friends in this restaurant and I was so disappointed. I love to travel and find a new nice restaurant and I would like to admit that I have never seen that ugly before. our waiter is coming.

This restaurant is a classic steakhouse ambience, whose thema moves through the entire restaurant. we were greeted and accompanied to our table. it was unfortunate that our table was so close to the couple next to us that we were sitting at them in the round, this.

The food was good. the service was bad and unfriendly. the location is great and the facility is very beautiful. prices are ok

We booked in the grill club for a birthday dinner. eating was absolutely excellent, just like the service. we ordered all filetsteak with some supplements and wein. the steaks were all perfectly prepared, the portion size was excellent, the wine selection was. .

The meet was very fine. As you would expect with the very upper price range. But service was a story. Choose any wine on the list and it would not be available. I chose a chianti classico, but was given the choice of an Argentine...Malbec or a French wine. “Same price”. I declined and I they found a chianti classico now not and when I saw the bill; eur more expensive. I requested the wine list for my second wine, but it was refused. Malbec or nothing. I chose Malbec. Again eur more expensive, I found out; than my first chosen Chianti. Forget the money, but just not the experience expected. Why have a wine card if the customer just have the one option of Malbec.
