the bavarium is Bavarian and sprays an ambiente, which is actually only known from the bierbrauhaus from Munich. Of course, the foods are mostly Bavarian. that doesn't play a role because there's something for everyone. the menu is very detailed, but still clear. the foods are fast and freshly prepared and taste really good, that I have at least found. there are also vegetarian dishes offered. the service is beautifu... What Ludger Herbst doesn't like about Bavarian:
we wanted to eat something else in the opposite. ask first if they can eat gluten-free and there was no problem they immediately knew. this should be normal, but is often not the case. the portions were ok, not huge, but also not small. for that the chef was absolutely not in love. for he has not salted or even seasoned anything. neither with my friend nor with me was a bit in vain. the flesh was super delicate and e... Lots of wood, blue and white, everything is very Bavarian and they really think that they land from one moment on the other in bayern.

I've never eaten so much salt and pepper. therefore only for people who want to plant themselves with a pepper and salt in an old rustic atmosphere.
And where do you want to go to a Bavarian place. I actually wanted to eat an original berliner currywurst. I was late, well, I went to the baby, there is no prospect, as this is local in the cellar of the europacenter. but does nothing, the spacelines are really great with lots of wood and very rustic furniture. the menu is naturally dominated by Bavarian specialties. white-worst, leber-knödelsuppe (karl valentin would say: lebernknödelnsuppe , because of the multiple number) schweinshaxe with madwort. that was just a small selection. I ordered a berliner to eat my Bavarian food. the waiter was slightly irritated and made his remarks on arline. Not evil, but humorous. I can only say. it tasted and the climate was great. only the white sausage was a little soft.
