I 've lived on the Böhmischer Platz for 6 years and I have seen that place open I was glad to be able to have a healthy salad and a decent coffee in the sun... But instead of this I 've been yelled at by the owner because I walked in and asked if I could order: can 't you wait 5 minutes? Was the woman 's answer I had been waiting for 25 minutes. As I said she probably hadn 't seen me she said I could just walk out and never come back. Which I obviously did. One of the waiters told me they were terrifying their crew, and I am not surprised. I must add that my first encounter with the other café owner, before this incident, was just as bad: I ordered a croissant from the menu, she did not have any. I asked if she could buy some at the bakery right next to the café and I was willing to pay her price. She basically told me that I had to get something else or move my ass out of that place. Such lovely neighbors, really...

They make their own winter... read more A friend was in town visiting and we were walking about when it started to rain. We ducked in to this place as it looked interesting. They make their own winter hot drinks with all sorts of spices, etc. We both tried the Çay Latte 2,50€ which was excellent. I also had a piece of the freshly baked apple cake, which was also excellent! I would like to go back and try their food. As the others mention, the service is great and the décor is also extremely nice.
